| Country of Origin: |
Andrew Hem's paintings reflect his interest in patterns and cultures from his native Cambodia to his current hometown of LA. His work (usually oil on panel or canvas) has a subdued energy mixed with rich color palette. His newest work includes the use of contemporary figures and classic european architecture, which imbues the work with a charming juxtaposition of time.
